Reverend A. David Battle, Sr. Vice President
Is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Reverend Battle graduated from Frederick Douglas High School in Atlanta. During his senior year in high school, he was Student/Conductor of the Atlanta Youth Symphony Orchestra. As a musician, in the Youth Orchestra, he was privileged to perform under the direction of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, conducted by the late Robert Shaw.
He furthered his education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Tennessee State University, in Nashville, Tennessee.
From 1984 - 1987, he served as Associate Minister at Mt. Olive Word of Faith Teaching Center, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia - Reverend J. A. Olive, was Pastor and Founder. During this tenure, he also served in the capacity as Head Master/Administrator of Mt. Olive Christian Academy.
Reverend Battle is a former Music Instructor from the Dekalb County Board Education in Decatur, Georgia. In 1992, he was nominated as Outstanding Young Man of America. This honor recognizes young men throughout the nation for professional achievement and community services.
